ICC IS24VAC Voltage Isolation Transformer (24VAC, 75VA)

24VAC isolation transformer for ground-loop elimination on long camera cable runs and cross-building installations where earth-potential differences cause video interference.

Deployment context

Multi-building campuses with shared cameras and recorders, long cable runs between separate electrical services, sites where camera image has rolling bars or hum from ground-loop interference.

Load characteristics & current behavior

75VA continuous at 24VAC output. Primary 24VAC input. 1:1 isolation prevents AC ground-current circulation between primary and secondary.

Failure & backup behavior

Passive device — no active failure modes. Open-circuit on either side means no power transfer; short does not cascade.

UL / safety standards

UL recognized (Class 2 transformer), CSA. Suitable for commercial fixed installations.
