Right to Cancel

You may cancel your order within 30 days of delivery without providing a reason.

The cancellation period expires 30 days from the date you received the goods, or the date on which a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) took possession of the delivered product.

Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must have been purchased within the last 30 days

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

  • Return authorization is required prior to return shipment

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Items not suitable for return due to their nature (e.g., products that deteriorate rapidly or are past expiry)

  • Items unsealed after delivery that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons

  • Items that have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery

Return Process

  • Customers are responsible for the cost and risk of return shipping, unless otherwise stated.

  • Returned items must be sent to the return address provided after authorization.

  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment.

  • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.

Refunds cannot be issued without receipt of the returned item or proof of confirmed delivery.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued after inspection of the returned item.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, a gift credit will be issued once the return is received.

  • If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
